Well it would be PHP with a MySQL database, all the skill page names themselves would remain the same, but you'd just click a little button and on the necromancer skill page you could order by Factions/Prophecies and various other ways. Kind of like how they do it on ebay...order by (Time ending, price, date added), I've done it before when i created a CD database for personal use, but it got deleated when my friend decided to stop paying for webhosting.
