Good,
I do the Kurzick run when I am bored (not the Supply Lines, the explore quest), or need a bit more faction for another character's 10k, but it takes me closer to 5 minutes to get it on the Kurzick side, and I actually have to use most of my skill bar (especially if I make it a chest run too).

It may be faster than Anet intended, but it isn't a complete cake walk.
