There is room in The Crusaders alliance for new guilds. This time around, the focus isn't going to be on Faction Farming. Rather, building a mature group of players. Now that everyone can chat on the Alliance Channel, I don't want to cringe every time I log on. Respect for other players is important. Now that The Crusaders alliance has more than reached the goals set for Factions, it's time to get back to the old ways.
It's not about Faction Farming anymore!

Although, with that said, if someone wants to throw faction farming events... now's the time to claim the title of "Siegemaster". I think setting aside some time for faction farming is good for the alliance. It goes a lot easier when you run as a team. Perhaps there should be regular faction farming events. Who wants to volunteer to be the Siegemaster?
Guild Leaders / Officers, you're responsible for your guild. I cannot silence troublemakers in other guilds, but I can remove your guild. If that happens, your guild will very likely be able to rejoin. Just remove the troublemaker from your guild, then ask to be reinvited. Also, when recruiting new members, see if they are mature players. Are they helpful? Are they friendly?
The Adventures Society [TAS] understands this idea, and has joined The Crusader Alliance. Welcome!
