If you had to choose between your life, or the love of your life, which would you choose? It always seems so dramatic in the movies, oh so cliché. Yet, regardless of which choice you make, you’re still screwed. If Photics goes to Elona, he dies. If Devona goes to Elona, she dies. If they do nothing, the evil will grow… then everyone dies. With an insane decision to make, what is the right answer? Our hero will come to terms with a difficult scenario. Will that mean the death of Photics?! Of course not, I can’t kill off the main character. I’d have to rename my website… and do you know how hard it is to find a good domain name?!

Issue #34 of Photics – The Guild Wars Edition – is a synopsis of all the exciting changes to the Guild Wars franchise. Now that the news about Guild Wars 2 and ‘Eye of the North’ has been released, I find myself at a loss. I don’t know what to do about this comic. Lost In Ascalon is about Gwen. She’s was lost child. I say “WAS” because Gwen is no longer lost. It’s pretty obvious that Gwen is still alive and that she will be making an appearance in Chapter 4, sporting an alluring Mesmer outfit. Yes Gwen, the outfits are cuter. Yet, innocence was also lost in Ascalon. That’s why there’s more to the storyline than just Gwen. Photics is starting to break down. In the years of hardship, many lives have been lost. With a bad omen looming over the fate of Devona, our hero is making a bad decision. Episode #40 illustrates the situation.
