Maybe, or perhaps this is a load-balancing issue. Maybe ArenaNet doesn't want the entire population of Guild Wars focused on one map? Heh, I'm just kidding. But think about it, the Drunkard title wouldn't be very social if this map did count towards the drunkard title. This is a solo map. I'd hate to think that players would spend 10,000 minutes in a single zone, mindlessly clicking NPCs. That would be disturbing. Anyway, I don't want to wander off-topic, but I wouldn't change this map. The Drunkard title is something that you can pursue while working on other titles.
