That's a very good question. Yes, customized weapons are allowed. Also, dual weapons that make sense are allowed too... like a sword and shield. I was actually wondering if an M16 with the grenade launcher would be a better choice, so modified weapons adds some depth to the scenario. Although... wouldn't a chainsaw / shotgun be a bit cumbersome?
