This looks like an awesome PvE build for anti fire areas, and anti caster areas (such as Ring of Fire, Abaddon etc... it probably works really well against the Defend XX missions too).
However, I would worry about this build in PvP. If you met a mesmer with power block, or any major interrupt while you were casting ward, you would be in trouble. It would disable your entire skill bar (minus archane echo). I have found that a lot of teams carry a mesmer too. I know that I enjoy destroying eles and monks with an anti caster build.
Also, the damage output of your build isn't high, so it wouldn't be useful for small team farming...

Nevertheless, it is an interesting build that I will try out with my ele, since i need to cap a few things back in abaddon's mouth...
