I got one a little while ago for one of my accounts, (not even the oldest!), and I poked it a bit. Since it was just clicking on a link, not downloading anything, (I checked), I tried it. It did change something to do with my account, not some other thing. I can go track down it by logging in to my account online, but I'll have to remember what it changed.

I don't think I really did anything anyway.
