If you frequent the main Photics.com page, you might notice a new banner image. Ever since I split the site into Guild Wars content and General Gaming content, I've been missing artwork for the top of the page. By using DAZ Studio, I was finally able to create something interesting. It's Victoria in her Pixie outfit.
DAZ Studio is free software. Well, it's tellware. Here's the philosophy...

The power of a single individual can be substantial. Great things can come to pass as a result of the power and good faith of a single person. By joining together, each one of us can help insure a bright future for this 3d community. DAZ strongly believes that by simply telling a friend or two about DAZ|Studio and what can be done by combining this free program with any of the thousands of pieces of digital content available, the growth of the community can become exponential.

Well, I like the software!
Basically, the software works like this. You position your props, background and characters. You can also control cameras and lighting. When you're ready, you hit render. It creates amazing visuals! (For the new banner at the photics.com homepage, I used Fireworks to merge two images together.)
I'm thinking on using the software to turn Photics: Revisions into a graphic novel. People seem to enjoy Lost In Ascalon, so it might be worth the effort.
Anyway, since DAZ Studio is Tellware, I'm letting the Photics Community know about this software. You can go to
