I think the phoenix pet should have two stages. The first stage it looks as it does. If you kill it, then it should burst into flames... to be reborn!

Nice but overpowered and since they made such a fuss about a simple sword that gave energy + 5 imagine what they'd do when everyone make phoenix group in pvp and kill everyone with invincible pets.

Of course it would be overpowered, everything invulnerable is!
