I dont think you have to apologize, its ok to have your own opinon about things, were just telling you why the guild has that policy of the joining fee.

I remember photics publishing that there was an intiate fee not long after GWs went public, because so many people were wanting in. At the time, I believe the guild was building a "war chest" so as to purchase a guild hall, and I believe other high end items that an individual would have been hard pressed to get alone.

I agree that it is a good move for any high profile guild. Could you imagine what Idiot Savant's must get in requests per day or EViL now after the world championships?

BTW, I would like to say that Arrow along with two of his guildies got together with myself and Galdor for our first "date." We are pleased to say, that things went well, and prospects for future "dates" seem very high. We would like to thank photics.com for helping us meet each other. Yes, I know...buy your book.

I did because I said I thought it was a scam. And I didn't want any hard feelings, seeing as how they did attack me after my statement, so I felt I was in the wrong....

As for the first "date" we had, it went magnificant. I forgot the champagne 'doh', but otherwise was good. Glad to find another Guild, so much like our own that we'll be able to play a lot with.

I too think that it was a great outing, though I regret that I couldn?t stay longer. It's so nice to meet another *cough* quiet, mild mannered *cough* group of people like our own guild. Guess all that is left now is world domina..... er another friendly outing.

We just never charged people to join our guild. And we hold no ill-will towards others who do.
We will be very happy to get more people from you, no worries there.
