Notes:
This build is made for group degen. Preferably with the enemy bunched up together so that Epidemic will work. Use combo Enfeeble, Virulence, Epidemic and Suffering to give all of them -10 degen. Hit them with Oppressive Gaze to steal health. Spinal Shivers for interupt if you have a cold damage weapon.
