Go into international districts and ask for a "Taxi" or "Ferry" hopefully, someone will be there to pick you up. If not you can always..pm someone you see on the forums in game to see if they are free. I've gotten about 20 of these just today! I felt bad when I was in a mission and whatnot.

Or, if you have been to the DEEP before and a guild mate of yours is sitting in the deep, have them travel to guild hall, form a party with you then hit the leave guild hall button, both of you will be transported to the deep.

yah Devilnocry, just try an international district and ask for a ferry. I believe most of our European players spend their time in the International Districts.
