Default New Beginning...

There is room in The Crusaders alliance for new guilds. This time around, the focus isn't going to be on Faction Farming. Rather, building a mature group of players. Now that everyone can chat on the Alliance Channel, I don't want to cringe every time I log on. Respect for other players is important. Now that The Crusaders alliance has more than reached the goals set for Factions, it's time to get back to the old ways.

It's not about Faction Farming anymore!

Although, with that said, if someone wants to throw faction farming events... now's the time to claim the title of "Siegemaster". I think setting aside some time for faction farming is good for the alliance. It goes a lot easier when you run as a team. Perhaps there should be regular faction farming events. Who wants to volunteer to be the Siegemaster?

Guild Leaders / Officers, you're responsible for your guild. I cannot silence troublemakers in other guilds, but I can remove your guild. If that happens, your guild will very likely be able to rejoin. Just remove the troublemaker from your guild, then ask to be reinvited. Also, when recruiting new members, see if they are mature players. Are they helpful? Are they friendly?

The Adventures Society [TAS] understands this idea, and has joined The Crusader Alliance. Welcome!

Default Whats next?

PHOTIC, you said that farming fact to stay at the top wasn't our goal anymore. I'm ok with that as long as there is a way to go in the deep owning cavalon means very little to me. But what are we going to do with the alliance? Are we gonna let ppl in? I heard that Lan was making a guild, is it gonna join us?
Kaus for sure by next week TC will be the only guild left in the alliance and TC itself will loose round 10-20 members. A lot of ppl wanted to join TC to be able to go to the deep, some ppl were promoted officers when they didn't even do the donation to get in the guild.
Ill remain in TC till it blows up, right now its still fine, but what are we going to do? Illidan mentioned GVG, I'm ok with that since we have no rank I believe that any officer should be allowed to make a gvg when ever he wants, even with hench.

It's not my goal anymore... but that doesn't mean someone else in the Alliance can't rally people towards that goal.

If Lan starts his own guild, that would be awesome!
I probably would invite it into the alliance.

Are the other guilds rejoining? Or is the TC Alliance starting afresh, as it were?
I'm still confused on what happened, though I won't pry for answers.

Personally, I like this idea, a lot. Getting together every weekend, perhaps, would be fun, as well as a good steady increase in the amount of Faction coming in from everyone (I can talk, not even got Factions installed yet...) I assume that so far most of the Faction we got to hold Cavalon was from endless runs of farming?

No, the guilds of the old alliance will not rejoin. They made a new alliance and own Cavalon. The members of TC who decided to leave the guild made a new guild and joined Keys alliance.

Actually KEYS lost Cavalon with the update and it is owned by Gilde der Erhabenen Grausamkeit (GDEG) with 4.9 million faction as of 6:45 pm ET. KEYS currently has Aurios Mines with 4.8 million faction. Bet there is some heavy duty faction farming going on tonight!

Or we can simply invite SKz back into our alliance, and we'll hold Cavalon again.

I am a little curious on what your new requirements will be now?

I am not asking because i wish to join. I like my alliance and we have no spam so i will not be changing it. I think other guilds may want to know what you expect from them though.

Do you mean about faction farming or standards for Alliance chat?

In terms of faction farming I don't think specific goals have been set. I think people just do what they want (I did 30k yesterday as I am working toward Steward).

Let us know if you change your mind as we could use more Allies!

I wanted to update the New Beginning thread as we have started filling out the ranks of TC with new members and with officer promotions. However, we still have room to add guilds to our alliance. I suggest that the officers look for candidates that have a like minded approach to the game with mature members seeking a heavy weighting of PvE relative to PvP. A few of us are still pretty hardcore faction farmers (me) but that is not our priority.

To the extent we find candidates we could encourage them to post here and contact Photics.
