Reason: Play nice! Don't insult other players. :)

I've seen you around this forum. You seem like the type of player that is helpful and creative. You make events happen. However, we seem to be off to a bad start. Fist of Photics is not a rebound guild. There have been many players that have asked to join, but they didn't stay very long. More importanly, the official guild of this website has to hold to higher standards. While the guild is sleep mode right now, I imagine that Guild Wars 2 will change everything. The sequel is even more suited to the style of the guild.
We were the #1 Luxon alliance in the world. That experience was very educational. This time around, the drama is going to be avoided. I'm looking for good players that are loyal, determined, friendly and respectful. Good doesn't have to mean skilled. It means good as in a good person.
I think you have potential, but I think you're joining for the wrong reasons. I can see one scenario where you become a dedicated member of the alliance, perhaps with a guild of your own. Yet, I also see another scenario where you get frustrated from the lack of activity. Convince me! Why should I invite you into this guild?

Ahh, a challenge. I like challenges. I am an active member that enjoys helping people. Im looking for a guild that doesnt feel the need to kick me. I am mainly in PvE or AB. Im working on Protector and Guardian titles. Althougth i prefer active guilds i like to be in a guild to socialise with whatever people are on. I might get frustrated with in activity but i can manage missions on my own so i should be all right.
I hope you let me join. Id really like to meet your Photics char face to face. I have to admit you are one of my in game idols and you mission guides really have helped me get Protector of Elona.
Thanks for everything. I hope this is enough to persuade you. If it isnt...
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LET ME IN!
Thanks,
~Burn

For your own good, I would encourage you to join a more active guild until GW2 is released. (or enters beta if you're 18 or older) During the golden age of The Crusaders you would have been a welcome addition to our ranks, but Fist of Photics is more of just a place holder while we wait for Guild Wars 2. There has been one or two active players join since the reorganization, but they didn't last very long.
Once we're up and running again we'll be in need of members like yourself. I'm sure your interest during our downtime will be taken into consideration when we're choosing new members

I don't know Nemi, maybe he could make something happen. It only takes one good player to rally an army. True, the guild is sleeping right now. Yet, it doesn't have to be this way.
Burn, how do you respond to Nemisari? His words are true. The guild is not active right now. Historically, someone like you would join, get bored and then leave. Personally, I have little time and even less interest to grind titles while waiting for Guild Wars 2. I don't play Guild Wars as much as I used to. Yet, maybe you could get things going. All the key pieces are in place - a forum, a guild hall, a historical legacy. Maybe you could recruit new members and have a fun guild.
Also, this is a mature guild. Age alone doesn't determine maturity. Yet, I sense that you might be unhappy in this guild. You could learn a lot, but it might be a lot of "do this" and "don't do that" orders. We're a relaxed guild, but we take some things very seriously. If you end up spamming Lion's Arch with "Join My Guild" messages, that's not going to work either.

I understand this guild is currently inactive, but do you think i could be useful to you? I dont like recruiting as such. I could follow most orders, and i unerstand the fact that you dont play much. And i dont think i will be unhappy in your guild. Its your guild for heavens sake!

You convinced me. I think that you deserve a shot. If you don't want to recruit, that's fine. Although, I'm not at my computer with Guild Wars right now. If you can wait about a day or two, I can invite you. If you can convince Jizato or Nemisari to invite you, they could invite you too.
I'm optimistic about you joining the guild.
