Three Monks... Three Nukers... Two Warriors...

The Monks... two healing... one protection

The Nukers... Elementalist / Something good. I'm thinking the secondary should be a denial magic type... such as Mesmer or Necromancer. I'm going with an Elementalist / Mesmer. Base attributes... 10 Air / 11 domination / 10 energy.

The Warriors... Silence / Knockdown... someone who can get into the fray and screw up them casters. If you go sword, bring cripple. If you go hammer... go knockdown. If you go Axe... well go home. (Heh, or maybe you can explain to me why a warrior would go axe.)

We'll be using focus fire... so it's important that we can shatter those enchantments.

We will not have a guild hall until we win the hall of heroes. The Crusaders must prove themselves in battle first. It will take some time, but so what. It's not like you're paying a monthly fee. ;)

sounds like fun .. I'm gonna roll with my earth build.. are you bringing enervating charge?

are there shatter spells that come with the premade mesmers?

cya in a couple minutes .. hope we have enough people for a team

I assume tonight's build didn't happen.. how about we try for 6pm EST sunday evening?

I was thinking one thing we could try if we get enough people with mesmer secondaries, is using team speak to cooridinate backfire. So that when we try to drop a monk we back fire that monk , and the 2 other monks on the team at the same time, so that for 10 seconds the other team has little to no healing. That way if we time it right, every time our backfires come up we will be able to easily drop one person in the 10 seconds our cordinated backfires last.

I've been trying out an ele/mes in a pug.. using aura of restoration, air attunement and ether renewal, with a 10 energy spell I was getting damage to the target.. + 72 health and + 15 energy for each lightning spell I cast

ether renewal lasts for 10 sec and has a 30 sec recast... aura of restoration and air attunement lasts about 60 sec each, so you can efficiently use ether renewal twice within the duration or restoration and attunement

just keep aura of restoration and air attunement on at all times, then use ether renewal when you need more healing and/or need to refill your energy reserves

I bring chain lightning, lightning orb, enervating charge, lightning strike (quick 5e spell to fill up energy while ether renewal is on) and backfire

enervating charge induces weakness which makes a melee's attack worthless and makes him vulnerable to a knock down from stoning.. back fire keeps a good player from casting or kills an ignorant one

air magic: 10 +1
energy storage: 11
domination: 10

add a protection monk and the energy/health gain jumps +4 energy and +14 health for each enchantment
