Unfortunately, you cannot register for a Photics Forums account with a Hotmail email account. This is nothing personal. It has to do with validation emails. It looks like Hotmail is blocking them. Therefore, to avoid confusion, I'm blocking all registrations from Hotmail. If you're wondering why you didn't get your validation email, try using a different email address to register.
