My daily commute is over three hours long. Even my mighty Sidekick 3 gets dull with a tedious trek such as this. I was looking for new MP3s to put on my card, so I started digging through the depths of my CD collection. It seems that I've stopped buying CDs. Most of my music is from the mid to late 90's. OK, OK... I bought a CD a few months ago, but it was The Cure's Disintigration. Heh... that's 1989. But wait... it gets worse...
With the new Transformers movie about to hit the theaters, I thought it would be funny to listen to the music from the ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK. Ha, it's unmistakably 80's. Heh... it's even got Weird Al. The rock remix of the themesong is hysterical... TRANSFORMERS... MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE.
Heh, why aren't you singing along?!
It's not that the music is bad. I rather enjoy it, but it's just too dated. It's not going on my Sidekick. Heh... but when I listen to the "Death of Optimus Prime" track, I think back to all the weepy pre-teens. HA HA HA HA! There's no way the new movie can top that. I mean really... one of the coolest heroes ever... DEAD! I didn't see that one coming!
