Keep in mind, this is my opinion. The prices in Guild Wars are very subjective.

I'm thinking the Staff is the most valuable item. I would say that goes for 4500 Gold. The problem is that most players do not use Staffs... unless they look cool. If it's a cool looking staff, post it with a picture and say 6500.

The hammer is more of a noobie weapon... good for twinking a warrior. I'd say 1000. I don't expect that to sell though, as most players want Max Damage weapons.

The Heavy Cleaver has a serious penalty. I'm not sure I would want a -10 armor weapon. It is max damage though. You could try 1500.

The short bow would be valuable, if it wasn't Hexed based. Rangers are usually out of range. They work best when not noticed. Yet, it is max damage. It is also good for taking energy from your target. You could try 2,000 for the bow.

I concur with most of those prices, though the staff is a tough one. Staffs have to be awful good to sell. I might suggest aquiring a maxed Insightful staff head and sticking it on there. +15 energy looks very nice to necros.

As a follow-up to Zerek and Photics I would note that a +5 head on the staff would be nice but the going rate for those seems to be around 15k. I recently bought one and it was tough to find someone asking less than 20k. One person I talked to started at 40k and wouldn't go under 25k.

As Photics said the armor penalty on the cleaver may make it tough to sell. However, it is somewhat interesting despite the armor penalty as the damage mod is unconditional. Decent damage mods that are +x% always are worth a sizeable price. Unfortunately, +11% damage is probably too low given the armor penalty. Before giving up I would consider checking out the interest in Lion's Arch at different prices to see if anyone bites starting with "WTS max cleaver +11% dmg always - 10k". Then drop to 5k in a different zone if that doesn't work.

My only other comment is on the bow. I would salvage the bow and hope to get the string as few people will want a req 11 bow with damage while hexed. You might get a few k for the string though.
