Join us on Friday, January 19, around Noon PST and try out the changes to the PvP area and to a number of skills. Will Spiritual Pain make it through this without being nerfed?


For those of you not familiar with Spiritual Pain, think Obsidian Flame, with an AoE effect. Spiritual Pain recharges instantly, if you hit a spirit. There's no exhaustion with Spiritual Pain, but there's a 30 second recast timer. A long recast is not as much of a problem as exhaustion. Oh... and this is in the highly popular Domination line. Spiritual Pain costs more energy than Obsidian Flame (10 vs 5) but Spiritual Pain has a much faster casting time (1 vs 2).

This one skill is almost worth the entire price of the Nightfall expansion. For those teams that like to open up with a sudden burst of damage, Spiritual Pain is awesome.
