I'm surprised. It doesn't seem like a whole lot of news was released as a result of this year's Community Day. I didn't see any information about Chapter 4. I even had Google translate a German Guild Wars Fansite - NOTHING! Now I know why ArenaNet didn't invite me. I would have gotten more information out of them than that!

The biggest bit of info seems to be about the Chinese New Year party for Faction owners. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm a fan of Chinese New Year. I used to work in a Chinese printshop. Every year, the boss would give out red envelopes with money inside. It was called Lucky Money. From what I was told, you're not supposed to spend it until the next year - not until you get another one. It's bad luck to do otherwise. See, the gift is a symbol of sorts. To have it means that you always have money. I left for another job, but I still have my lucky money!

Anyway... even though I think it's cool to celebrate Chinese New Year in Cantha, WHERE'S THE INFORMATION ON CHAPTER 4?! Actually, I find this reassuring. I think ArenaNet should take their time with the next expansion. I'm thinking Guild Wars should be released a little before Halo 3. Let the hype of the consoles die down a bit. It's that last 5% of work that means the difference between a good game and a great game. All three chapters have little things that feel off. (Nightfall the least, while Factions was the worst.) The fourth chapter should be smooth and exciting... something to bring back the old Guild Wars players out of retirement.
