Okay, so I just stumbled across this message board and had a few questions that I would appreciate if someone answered;
1. Does this mb restrict topics about gameplay?
After looking around I only found one thread asking about something within the game which was the Dervish question.

2. Are most of the people that post on this in the same guild?

3. Is this mb very active?

I've been looking for a friendly mb that isn't flooded with immaturity and negative attitudes but also one that is active and interesting. It would be great to know if this is the place for me.

1. I don't think there is a rule about that

2.There is an offical guild of photics called the crusaders but I know there alot of people from other guilds to.

3.It is pretty active for it's size

I can tell from experience some of the answers.

1 - I don't know, but no talking about WoW! I'm pretty sure you should contribute to the article and not flame. But other than that I don't know.

2 - Nah, a few are but not me or a few others that are active posters. Although some are.

3 - Extremely, at least one post every day.

Photics is more qualified to answer these than me, though I do know a little bit. And as Judedeath said. Welcome.

Most people that post on the Photics Forums are Guild Wars veterans. We don't need to talk too much about gameplay, as we already know how to play. You can talk about Guild Wars gameplay in this thread... like builds and storyline missions... but don't try to give away the story, as new players do wander in. The Guild Wars Discussion forum is for general Guild Wars discussion. If one topic dominates all others, I can easily create a new forum for that topic.

This question goes out the site regulars. What do you think of the "Ask Tank" forum... should it return?

No... I'd say most of the people that post are not in The Crusaders, which is the official guild of this website. That might change when the guild gets back into action. This site was most popular when The Crusaders held Cavalon.

This site is not as active as it should be! Hopefully that will change. This forum is fairly mature, but I constantly fight to make it even more mature. Everyone should write to the best of their ability when posting. Posts should be friendly, respectful and intelligent.

Oh, and Grandmaster MooMoo, you can post about World of Warcraft in these forums... if it is on-topic and within the "play nice" theme of the site. I'm not going to pretend like World of Warcraft doesn't exist, but I removed the dedicated World of Warcraft forum. This site is refocused on Guild Wars now, as ArenaNet has refocused their game.

I remember asking for you to bring back ask tank when the forum came back but now if you bring back ask tank it would have to be about pvp ask photics would be pve
I remember that the wow forum was never vary active

It doesn't matter that Tank is a PvP character. It could still be called Ask Tank, but perhaps you're on to something. Maybe it should be called Ask Photics... as this is Photics.com. Heh, but "Ask Tank" sounds cooler.

Anyone else have an opinion?

1: There used to be a lot of gameplay topics on the old forums before the fall of The Crusaders Alliance and the site was hacked. Some of the old regulars still hang around who have a wealth of GW experience and love to strategize.

2: This site does have an official Guild which used to be filled to capacity (alliance included) but it fell apart a while ago and parts of it formed new guilds. Some of the original members who left still hang around here, though technically they're not in the Guild anymore. We're all friends around here despite what guild you're in.

3: We're a smaller group, but we are pretty active. I like the smaller number of members as it makes it easy to read and keep up with all the threads.

We're a pretty mature group, I really like it here .. I hope you will feel the same.
