Hi I am a researcher doing undergraduate research about videogames. I would really appreciate your help. I also understand if you are interested because most of this research is used to fuel the fire of video games being bad.

I am a researcher working in conjunction will Dr. Dan Florell and his research team at Eastern Kentucky University. I am conducting a study on MMORPG game usage. You will be asked to complete a questionnaire covering the various aspects of your online gaming experience. Your participation should take no longer than 30 minutes.

Participation is voluntary and you have the right to refuse to answer any question or withdraw from the study at any time without giving prior notice. Your responses will be completely anonymous. Thanks for your interest. I wish you could take it, but IRB approval at EKU takes longer for participants under the age of eighteen. This research is limited to a ten week schedule and we are pushed for time. If you have any friends please tell them about this survey I am still looking for participants.

Are you looking for United States Citizens only, or can Canadians also take the survey?

Sorry for my late reply I have been busy working on a literature review. Yes if you are Canadian you can take it. There is no question that asks about your native country. It just for MMORPG users all over the world. Unfortunately I did not write it any other language since English is my only tongue. But yes you are welcome to take it. And thank you to anyone else whom has taken the time to take my survey. We will probably be closing it in the next couple weeks and I will post the results on this site.

Thank you members of this forum site for participating in this survey we will be closing the collection of the data after the 4th of July weekend. I would also like to thank the site administrator's who allowed us to post. Research on this topic would be impossible without participants like yourselves.
