Default P/C on a Daggers
P/C Purple Barbed Plagueborn Daggers 7-17 dmg(req 13 Dagger) 33% longer bleeding, dmg +17%(while hexed)
Does the fact that these are purple and have a 13 req completely kill these? If so, is the bleeding mod worth anything?

Generally speaking, the while hexed inherent mod doesnt sell well. The high req doesnt help much. I wouldnt expect to get much from them, if anything.
