Default A Rit/N

Could a Ritualist make a good minion master? I made a Ritualist in hopes of doing something similar to a MM. But I've recently seen posts on other message boards saying the the extra health wont make up for the defense and strength lost. So if a MM wouldnt work, what would be a good build for a Rit/N?

I also tried making my own MM with a Rit/N toon, it just doesn't work as fine as the N/Mo toon. The lvl of minions is too low, you can't deal damage with that, i really think it's a waste.

Im changing my Rit/N to Rit/(someting else).

also... more importantly is the fact that as a N main you can control 10 minions at 16 death, and as a Rt main you can only control 8 minions (12 death)

Explosive Growth is worth trying with any Ritualist/Necromancer MM-style build. Coupled with Bone Minions, it triggers twice everytime you summon another set.

Boon of Creation also does the same. Explosive Growth is Spawning Power, so to get the full effect you'd have to be a Ritualist primary.

I was testing it, just fooling around with:

1. Boon of Creation
2. Explosive Growth
3. Animate Bone Minions
4. Death Nova
5. Taste of Death
6. Pain
7. Bloodsong
8. Flesh of my Flesh

I haven't fleshed it out, I was mostly just seeing how effective it could be. I was encouraged by the initial results. As you can see, I don't list attribute allocation, I'm not sure of the best setup for that. I'm not completely sold on having Spirits a part of this either.
