Photics.com - Site Transistion!

Photics.com is a somewhat different site from yesterday. I dropped WordPress and I'm in the process of moving everything into vBulletin.

Now, you might be asking yourselves... "Why?!"

The idea is that this will be better for the community in the long run, while making it easier for me to manage the website. Don't worry, I'm not planning to get rid of my Guild Wars content. I just have to move it back into vBulletin.

The plan is to get this site ready for Guild Wars 2.

My only complaint is that I have to login every time I come to the site now, it's not staying logged in even if I select "Remember Me".

That's odd.

The forum directory hasn't changed. I upgraded the system to vBulletin 3.7 Release Candidate 1. I don't think that should cause problems with cookies. I know it would be annoying if I had to log in every time. Yet, it works for me. Are you using Internet Explorer, Firefox or some other web browser?

You might have to delete your photics.com cookie and try logging in again.

Ok, it seems to be when I first get to the site, it only appears I am not logged in. But when I go to read a post, I'm logged in just fine. Guess it's just something weird happening. And I get the same results in Firefox and IE.

Yes I have the same on "Remember me" check box.
