April Fool's Day is a strange occassion. Every year, it just seems to get worse. This is especially in online gaming circles. It seems that game developers just can't resist playing jokes on the community. Perhaps this is their payback, for all the ranting about nerfs and whatnot. Considering all the complaining I've done about Guild Wars, in love of course, I had a feeling I'd be a target today. Sure enough, an unsual thing happened on the way through Lion's Arch.



I have to say, I find myself strangely attractive. Ha... I look good as a pale, pigtailed, pyro, gothic chick. Apparently, your character's gender was reversed if you entered Lion's Arch or Kamadan, Jewel of Istan. I'm not sure why Kaineng Center was excluded. Anyway, you can see how my armor stayed the same. There's probably a database value that determines a character's gender. It looks like ArenaNet decided to flip that value for an April Fool's Day prank.

Actally, although Kaineng didn't have this, Shing Jea Monastery had. Kamadan, Lions Arch and Shing Jea Monastery were the cities where this joke happened. I spent my entire day taking screenshots of my characters. Some of them cam out really bad.

Haha, my character had pigtails to Photics! XD. She was freaking pretty, but it made me mad at Anet. Maybe ill send Gaile a flower that squirts when you smell it. Anyway, it was funny I had fun and that was the purpose of events right?

Yea when i went on i thought my account has been hacked and i was like "wtf **** **** **** ****" but then i noticed all the skills were the same and i asked someone what happened and they told me so my heart returned to its normal pace but they should put it somewhere that they were gonna do that and if they did i totally missed it and they should make it more obvious cause its not a nice feeling lol.

I missed this unfortunately but i would have loved to see some of my character inverses ^^
