There are some true loyalists here at Photics.com ...I mean like REALLY dedicated people. Over the years, I've become good friends with some of you. I know stories about your girlfriends, or your job or what games you play.
Some of you have even done some volunteer work for this website. Community building has become one of the primary goals of this website. By having fun and creative things to do, one can improve their life. I learned a lot by developing this site. It's an experience that has been shared, as others have contributed to this site as well.
I created a LinkedIn profile...
http://www.linkedin.com/in/photics ...and I set it to accept requests for recommendations. I know what it's like to do the job hunting thing... IT SUCKS! Networking helps ease that challenge. Don't ask me to lie for you, as that's not my style. However, if you need a recommendation, I might be able to help.
Photics has been a lot of things over the years, but most of all it has become a community. If you've created a game, written code or contributed content to this website, that could be an extra line on your resume. I know some of you well enough that I could even be a good reference for you.
If I don't know you well enough, I can't really help you.
However, those who are "loyalists" to this site (and you know who you are) know how to contact me. Joining LinkedIn is not required for me to help you. This post is just to set the tone. I look out for my friends.
