I have seen him there with my monk and my warrior (capped with my warrior). I was able to reach him directly after completing the Nahpui Quarter mission.

I got it last night ( thanks to this place ) no quests other than u have to have the skyway unlocked ( by gaining senji's corner )
i found i could max its lv out at 28 but at the same time i find i run 3 minions while healing more so i prefer the vamp horrors for the bonus health while having to sac constantly (i like more mm assist then workin my butt of tryin to keep my own army )
its a great skill but sadly i am limited to 8 skills 0.o so i wont be using it as much

Whats the big deal about this skill, its made mm's popular but all it is is 1 lvl 21 golem since you can only have one at a time. Whats so special about that?

Well it has alot of hp so it can tank alot, good damage, and once it dies it leaves a corpse (doesn't leave a corpse if you summon another Flesh Golem) unlike other minions, so you pretty much always have a flesh golem around.
