Welcome to the Photics.com Guild Wars Video Guide. I'm Mike Garofalo and this is part three of our epic journey through the lands of Elona. Are you ready? Let's go!
Head south to the Blacktide Den. I like this level, if for no other reason than being able to say it. Nice and simple... Blacktide... Den. That name is not for decoration. This map is dark. You might want to boost the brightness on your monitor.
You don't want to make it too bright. Just, you know, enough to see what's going on... anyway.
So you're like, "Mike... where do I go next." And I'm like, "Go talk to the dude over there." You know... the guy with the thing over his head, with the name I can't say. Savage Nun... be? Maybe he wanted to join a convent, but got rejected. I don't know. Maybe it's noon-be. Like, it be 12pm... time for a sandwich. Eh, whatever.
I don't want to make a big issue out of it, but the wacky names just don't stop. Here's another example. You'll need the monk lady in your group. Noooo... I don't know how to say her name either, so I'm just going to call her sweety. Hey sweety, be a pet and help us out with this map. Thanks dear!
With the monk on your team, head towards the west and pick up your disguises. Your enemies will be wearing them, but that's not real problem.
Now you're ready to talk to the Captain. He's going to try and boss you around. Ignore him! That's the secret to the bonus. I usually talk to the Captain to start the quest, but then I go hunting for the five monitors. You should bring some running skills, as you'll be doing a lot of wandering on this map. Finding the Monitors can be tricky. There are two towards the west, two towards the east and one near the beginning. When the monitors are dead, then you can follow the Captain to the end of the map. Kill everything, and then this mission is done.
