WiiWare is a new downloadble service from Nintendo. Games will go straight from Developers to the Wii. Games can be purchased through the Wii Shop Channel, just like Virtual Console games. Both type of games can be purchased with Wii Points. To emphasize the significance of today's launch, the Virtual Console library was not updated this week. Instead, six games were added to the WiiWare game library.
