Yet, Cryptic Studios and NCsoft is taking the holiday to an extreme. Manticore & Sister Psyche, two heroes from City of Heroes, are getting married. Happy Chinese New Year! ArenaNet celebrates the holiday in Guild Wars style. Here’s the official word, “Join us in Cantha this weekend to celebrate the Canthan New Year Festival. Decorations are placed in Lion’s Arch, Kamadan, and Shing Jea Monastery. The event will start in Shing Jea Monastery at Noon Pacific time (-8 GMT) on Friday, February 8, and will conclude at Noon on Monday, February 11.”
Two new games hit the Wii Virtual Console today. Operation Wolf (500 Wii Points) is a shooter from the NES, while Columns III (800 Wii Points) is from the Genesis. New retro games typically hit the WiiShop Channel every Monday, 12:00pm Eastern / 9:00am Pacific.
