TANK died. I heard the death yell. I saw TANK fall. As my character – an Ascalonian hero – lay lifeless on the ground, I wondered if this was the end. I wondered if I had to restart again. I wondered if Rurik’s wreckless and stupid behavior was to blame. Running alone into an army of Charr is not the best of tactics. Rurik died and then my character fell to the ground – mission failed.

I rather enjoy Wii Fit. I think it serves as a helpful reminder to live a healthy lifestyle. It’s almost like a personal trainer in a box. Wii Fit gets sad if I put on weight and it gets happy if I lose weight. It tries to focus me in reaching my weight goals. That’s pretty easy, since I have no goals. But for those with lofty weight loss goals, perhaps Wii Fit is not for you. Just reading the box is an obvious warning. It’s not intended for people over 330 pounds, as this comic illustrates…
ArenaNet loves the holidays. Since this weekend is Easter Weekend, a festive event is expected. To celebrate the occasion, it’s “Sweet Treat Weekend” in Guild Wars. Here’s the official word… “This weekend, from Noon Pacific (-7 GMT) this Friday until 11:59 PM Pacific on Sunday, March 23, you will get a double dose of springtime goodness with random drops of Chocolate Bunnies and Golden Eggs in all the lands of Tyria.“
The Kurzicks and Luxons are locked in a deadly battle, at least until the sequel of Guild Wars. For now, Faction Farmers can rejoice. Bonus faction points are available this weekend. Here’s the official word, “Starting at Noon Pacific (-8 GMT) this Friday, you will earn double faction for participating in Alliance Battles. This bonus will last through 11:59 PM Pacific (-8 GMT) on Sunday.”
