Team Up With Photics To Create A Guild Wars Magazine

jora-thumbnailPhotics.com is one of the oldest Guild Wars Fansites out there. Back in December of 2003, I had a unique idea for a Guild Wars fansite. Instead of focusing on a forum or cheat sheets, what if I made an electronic magazine? After dozens of issues, and thousands of visitors, the idea brought lots of popularity to Photics.com. However, I realized that something was wrong. It was mostly a solo project. The Internet is more for collaboration. Issue #35 aims to fix that problem. At some point, maybe they’ll invite me into the beta just to keep me quiet. ArenaNet / NCsoft is a growing company, with lots of secrets. Eventually, someone will slip up and information will leak. You just have to know where to look. A good source of inside information is available through their job postings.

Guild Wars Dragon Festival 2009

Meanwhile, in the world of Guild Wars, Cantha is having their annual Dragon Festival. That means seasonal games, quests and prizes for Guild Wars player. This event is especially important for title farmers as the Boardwalk is open during this time of year.
