Search engines represent a huge chunk of where Photics.com visitor traffic originates. Someone in France, Poland or Bahrain will use a search engine (like Google, Yahoo or MSN) and they may find my website. That’s impressive to me. I wasn’t even sure where Bahrain was located. But through the power of search engines, my website was being viewed out there… AMAZING!

It’s that time of the week again. Every Monday, at 12 PM Eastern / 9 PM Pacific, Nintendo adds to the Wii Virtual Console library. Checking out the latest games on the Wii is a fun part to my Monday routine. This weeks games are King’s Knight (500 Wii Points) from the NES and Powerball (800 Wii Points) from the Sega Genesis.

Guild Wars is an online community. And like all communities, it has sociological problems. Dishonorable conduct can be found in the world of Guild Wars. When virtual items have real world value, there are unscrupulous people who would exploit the rules of the game for monetary gain. Even though the Guild Wars User Agreement prohibits selling and/or buying Guild Wars items, the rules have been broken. ArenaNet has grown more aggressive in the enforcement of their rules.

ArenaNet loves the holidays. Since this weekend is Easter Weekend, a festive event is expected. To celebrate the occasion, it’s “Sweet Treat Weekend” in Guild Wars. Here’s the official word… “This weekend, from Noon Pacific (-7 GMT) this Friday until 11:59 PM Pacific on Sunday, March 23, you will get a double dose of springtime goodness with random drops of Chocolate Bunnies and Golden Eggs in all the lands of Tyria.“
