It looks like Apple is killing the Dashboard with the “Catalina” macOS 10.15 update. If you’re like me, this is bad news. I probably press F12 over a dozen times a day. I like checking on the Weather, Stocks and other useful gadgets. It looks like I’m not alone in this disappointment. While the feedback on MacRumors and 9to5Mac is mixed, plenty of people voiced their disappointment with this decision. To help fix this problem, “Dartboard” is the next app from Photics.

30 of the 40 games for the Sega Genesis Mini have been announced. It looks like Sega is working really hard to making this retro console the best it can be. With games like Wily Wars (Mega Man 1, 2 & 3), Streets of Rage 2 and Earth Worm Jim, I’m already looking forward to the September 19, 2019 launch date. Not since the Dreamcast 9/9/1999 launch – two decades ago – have I been excited about a Sega system launch. Although, with 10 game announcements to go, Sega has a tough decision to make. After careful consideration, Photics is returning to App Development. This is reminiscent of the insanity quote (which is often attributed to Albert Einstein) – doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results. Based on previous experience, returning to App Development does seem like a crazy idea. However, it’s not the same plan. It’s been streamlined.
After 19 years of no recognition, Google finally posted an Easter “Doodle” on the Google.com homepage. It’s adorable – so cute! Google traditionally decorates their homepage to recognize days of significance. For Christians, Easter is right up there with Christmas. That’s why it was so controversial that Google didn’t acknowledge the holy day. Today, that changed!
