Happy Easter – Farming Chocolate Bunnies and Golden Eggs in Guild Wars

I’ve been playing Guild Wars for over five years, so I understand the routine. If there’s a major holiday, there’s probably an event going on in Guild Wars. Easter is not an exception. I cleared my busy schedule to take advantage of the holiday items – Chocolate Bunnies and Golden Eggs. I don’t get to play Guild Wars as much as I used to. So when I do, I like to maximize my performance. The Easter treats are really helping with my title farming.

Inspiration From ArenaNet's 2009 April Fool's Day Event in Guild Wars

I was inspired by ArenaNet’s April Fool’s Day event. Normally, I frown upon a day that’s dedicated towards playing pranks. But today, Guild Wars was filled with fun, love and happiness. There were adorable little people running around. All the players were dressed up as Gwen. But not just a regular Gwen… it looked like a Plush Gwen.

Pokemon Event at Nintendo World Warms NYC

NYC is a city filled with life, but times are a bit unusual for the big apple. On a cold Saturday afternoon, I expected warmer weather. I also expected more people. The stores seemed empty. The sidewalks seemed less crowded. A vacant store, a former Circuit City location, looked so depressing. People didn’t seem to be shopping so much. Yet, there was a place in Manhattan that was clearly breaking the disturbing trend… NINTENDO WORLD.
